Along with Bob's encouragement and support, in 2016 the Board asked Kevin to take more of an active role meeting pastors and church leaders in the Northeast Indiana with a part-time position . In the summer of 2018 Kevin assumed the full-time role of leading the ministry while Pastor Bob now "volunteers" to give support and prayer to the ministry.

He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God? Micah 6:8

Cindy has been serving alongside Kevin since their first ministry in Florida in 1981. In whatever position Kevin had in church ministry she found ways to serve, love, and encourage people. She has a heart for women and especially those who serve in full time ministry. Serving in various ministries along the way of full-time ministry with her husband, she has been in leadership positions in children’s ministry, mentoring, premarital counseling, women’s ministry and hospitality. She is very excited to come along side of pastors’ wives with love and encouragement, knowing the expectations, struggles and challenges they face.
Cindy attended Johnson University with Kevin as married students and has been trained to serve as a Retreat Shepherd with Standing Stone Ministry. She also has been trained as a Stephen's Minister with Emmanuel Community Church.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
